"Nice hotel with great roof top garden and pool. Room was perfectly cleaned every day. Staff is very kind and helpful. Shuttle to Patong beach. Great breakfast buffet. A bit hard to find since there's only an elevator at ground level. Reception is at 8th floor. I recommand this hotel."

We also had several maintained issues in our room that could not be addressed during our stay (such as broken shower)."

"Déjà, la piscine de l’hôtel ne correspond pas du tout aux photos sur le site quand j’ai réservé. Beaucoup plus petite. Pas beaucoup de transats. La piscine était fermée 3 jours pendant notre séjour . Le roof top réservé tout notre séjour ( 25 jours !). La réception a voulu nous faire payer 30 euros des serviettes sales !? Cette arnaque a été faite à tous les français ! Les chambres sont correctes pour le prix. Assez bien situé "
