Clean rooms comfort stay helpful staff

The hotel premises were amazing, and the staff was exceptionally courteous. We thoroughly enjoyed the food, particularly the à la carte dinner options. However, the hotel management should focus on improving room service, as we experienced delays and a lack of responsiveness.

Convenient location - close to the city. Expedia Gold rewards don't really work - no upgrade at check in in spite of availability.

The tents look great but are also really practical and have everything you need. The staff were really helpful and kind, sorting out camel safari, giving us valuable insights into the area and arranging onward travel. The location is on the edge of Pushka, only a 15 min walk or 5 min tuktuk to the centre. The cable car is only a few minutes away and the camels are across the road. A very well maintained and excellent property for a perfect weekend getaway or a holiday for family and couples. The staff is very helpful and friendly as well. Overall a very good experience for a nice stay.

This place is a little piece of heaven! Well not so little.. the place is quite big :) The place looks even better than the pictures and I was really surprised by how beautiful the open garden is, how great the swimming pool is and mostly how great the rooms are. Lots of small thoughtful touches and just a very high standard overall.
