"This is a very modern, well maintained resort with a nice pool, clean restaurant and situated in pleasant surroundings. The shower was big and awesome and the bed was comfy and clean. The friendly staff was more than eager to help with everything from transportation, meals and sightseeing. The ghats, temples and town are a safe, invigorating walk away and I spent three days checking out the fabulous Camel Fair. The rock climb up nearby Chamunda Temple Mountain was a highlight for me."

"The hotel is quite run-down, room was dark and dirty (bed sheets, bathroom). Very loud music from the barbecue restaurant until late in the night. Unfriendly staff at the reception. The hotel doesn't meet the standard expected from Ramada Hotels and should be booked only if there's no other alternative."

"Location of hotel is in a very crowded area. Earlier used to be Majestic Cinema and now rebuilt as a hotel. Lady at reception had very poor communication skills. Rooms are not cleaned daily and despite requesting the reception to clean room, no action taken. Rooms are very small in size and hardly any place for keeping your bags. Breakfast was OK and very spicy. Will not recommend this hotel. Management needs to wake up and appoint professional staff who understand basic English or Hindi. "
