We were the only people staying on the entire premises the night we spent there which provided a unique experience, especially when it came time for breakfast. "There is no hot water no microwave and no refrigerator in your room it's always loud and it's only one guy at the desk that helps you as you arrive all the other ones have you stand there for ten to 15mins while they do everything besides helping you "
"They've made a lot of improvements and upgrades to the hotel. The only issue is Wi-Fi which is going to be a problem since this is an old building with marble. It is a very beautiful building to look at especially the center of it and it is close to everything you need from transportation to restaurants. It's also close to a lot of bars and pubs and nightlife. The only thing that I wish is that we would go back to using ethernet internet. Sad to say though, those days are long gone and we'll have to stick with Wi-Fi. Oh I was saying that room service from the restaurant and the food is good."

Also, we had a great waiter in the restaurant, younger guy who also spoke amazing English, same evening we checked in - he was wonderful and helpful. Luis and Alex at the front desk were incredibly helpful and welcoming.
