My first room had now AC, i tried sleeping couldn't, but went down to lobby and they were able to place me in a new room that had good AC. The rooms are okay, get what you payed for, I would spend double the money to be near beach now that I know.

The room was not fully clean, the air conditioning did work but here no instructions on how to use it and the first night I slept without AC . Additionally the evening staff was unbelievably rude and the street very noisy. I wouldn’t recommend.

O hotel era péssimo. Sujo, banheiro fedia, tive que pedir duas vezes pra poderem limpar meu quarto, e só deram um limpada bem por cima no banheiro nem vassoura foi passada no quarto, além disso ficou com cheiro de pano sujo depois disso. Fui a trabalho na época do carnaval, paguei uma fortuna, 4 mil por 8 dias e o serviço era péssimo. Reclamei 3 vezes que o ar não gelava e nada foi feito. Café da manhã um dia não tinha café, no outro só tinha pão, queijo e presunto. Valor absurdo para o serviço que prestam. Não recomendo

O quarto estava todo sujo com mau cheiro, cheio de teias de aranha nas paredes, banheiro horroroso, cheiro horrível, fiquei apenas uma noite, desci na recepção para falar, funcionários totalmente despreparados, pedi uma declaração que estava deixando o hotel pq não tinha condições de ficar e até hj estou esperando. Muita sujeira em todo o hotel, desde os elevadores, baratas andando pelo quarto. Estou aguardando o estorno, ninguém sabe o que fazer nesse hotel.

Bastante antigo e simples, mas era o que tinha disponível para o carnaval. Não vale 600 reais a diária mas tinha o mínimo necessário: água quente, ar condicionado e cama limpa. café da manhã continental ok. Boa equipe de atendimento. poderia ter uma reforma mínima para atualização.
