Great location and apartment. Very good customer service and knowledge. Breakfast option was not to the standard expected with hot food not replenished and when request was told it was ‘finished’ even though there was another 2 hours of breakfast time to go - plenty of people who arrived after 9am were also disappointed especially as prepayment was taken at checkin. Would stay again but give breakfast a miss.

The hotel was perfect for a trip to Disneyland Paris, opposite the train station and accommodated all five of us. The staff were exceptional, polite, attentive, helpful at all times day and night. The rooms were clean and spacious, good shower and bath and kitchen area. The only things that could have been improved were: two curtains in the bedroom instead of one, Much improved hot options for breakfast (the sausages and bacon were very dodgy!)

Very close to train station, restaurants, shops, Disneyland Paris. The flooring in our room (127) going into the bathroom was not in good condition but didn't impact our stay overly once we were aware of it.

Always stayed on site at a Disney hotel, but after staying here I won’t go back to a Disney hotel! 1 metro stop away from Disneyland which took around 3 mins, excellent staff, lovely location, loads of local restaurants, nice big clean room and better value for money!

The design of hotel worked for our large family but rooms were small and in ill-repair (floors were buckling and noisy, evidence of water damage and possible mold). Advertises laundry facilities but there are 2 washers and 2 dryers for 8 floors of rooms. Also, neither of our room doors closed without force, caused security anxiety with housekeeping coming and going. Location (proximity to RER and shopping) and price were good but would not stay again.

Great place to stay when visiting Disneyland Paris. Next to train station, and 5 min walk to huge shopping centre. The apartment has all you need, fridge, microwave, 2 hobs on worktop, few pans and cutlery etc. Iron, hairdryer. Only complaint is the floors never seem to get cleaned properly, have seen cleaners brushing bits out of room into corridor using a towel. Not great. Also people smoking in the rooms, as a non smoker it is quite unpleasant staying in a room that smells of stale smoke. Overall this hotel is great for our needs

Overall stay is nice and location is great. The only negative thing is that most of the utilities are quite old and you need to be careful to use them. For example, the screw behind the television is a bit loose and the toilet is loose from the floor that if you sit on it, you can move the toilet.

Brilliant location for both Disneyland and Paris. The apartment was well equipped including a hairdryer & coffee machine neither of which are on the description. Only 1 stop to Disney at 2.15 euros single for an adult and the local area is very nice and safe.

Great transport links and position, but the hotel rooms weren't in a great condition. Although on first inspection seemed decent, there was an uncomfortable smell in the room that if I was stay for more than one night would have been a big issue. The bathroom was okay, but lots of little hairs found, and the shower was uncomfortable to use and had mould on the ceiling. The biggest factor for not having a lower rating was that we only stayed for one night, so could get through without thinking about it too much. The main positive was the room seemed well stocked and if we were staying longer would have had everything we needed if we intended to use the kitchen space. I would look at alternative accommodation if I were to stay in the area again.

The hotel is in a fab location for Disneyland, right opposite the station and one stop on the train. It’s clean, but a little tired in places. The real benefit is having some kitchen facilities including a fridge. Would stay here again

Great hotel
Fantastic lovely clean hotel. Good size room with comfortable bed. Staff friendly. Hotel is right outside train station so very handy for getting to Disney (takes less than 2 minutes) or Paris (45 minutes).

Excellent overall but beds let it down
The only issue we had with the hotel was that the beds were quite uncomfortable. Everything else was great. Room was cleaned daily and the facilities were excellent. Fantastic location for trains to Disneyland and Paris centre, with the train station right outside the hotel. Plenty of shops, restaurants, etc within 5 minutes walk. The reception staff were super friendly and spoke good english. As i say, if only they had comfy beds, this would be a 5 star review.

Ideal for visiting Disneyland Paris
Ideally situated for visiting Disneyland Paris, this hotel is literally a couple of minutes walk from the Val d’Europe train station (exit towards Montévrain). Trains between Val d’Europe and Marne-la-Vallée–Chessy for DLP run very frequently and take about 2-3 minutes). The hotel is an apart hotel so the units are equipped with a small kitchenette which is very useful. The rooms are sparsely furnished but the bed was comfortable and there is hanging space and shelves in the wardrobe as well as a safe. The room and bathroom were clean. We had issues during our 4 night stay: despite booking a twin bedded room in January for a stay in July, the hotel could only offer us a double bedded room on arrival. We dug our heels in and, eventually, a solution was found when we were given a room with a bed settee. Not ideal but it worked for us and my daughter slept on the bed settee saying it was comfortable enough. We also had a major issue relating to our kitchenette area and the hotel’s response was very disappointing. No one seemed to know how to help resolve the situation as it was out of hours and no apology was forthcoming for the hassle and inconvenience caused. That said, the situation was resolved the following day. There is a small supermarket within easy walking distance of the hotel for essentials and a small bakery at the station entrance. Restaurants within a 10 min walk - Étoile du Liban was excellent! Breakfast at the hotel (€15) was good enough.
