We had the best time in Paris and Sub Hotel was the perfect choice of hotel. We stayed in Room 12 which was a family room and it was very spacious and spotlessly clean. Staff where so friendly. When we checked in a lady was on reception and she gave us lots of tips of ways to get round on buses ect. The area the hotel is in is perfect. There are so many beautiful bakeries and shops in the vicinity. Such a quaint place. Transport is brilliant just a one min walk from the train station. If I come to paris again this would always be my chosen hotel and area to stay in. Thank you Sub Hotel and all the staff.

The hotel jus have been refurbished, so everything is in a mint condition. Excellent price/value ratio.

Unpleased
Room overall was cozy, but small. Front Desk agenta pleasant. Hotel was under construction work, which is very inconvenient. Specially, since after a long day of tourism in the city or perhaps a evening out makes it hard to rest. It is walking distance to the train stop and is surrounded by stores as well as restaurants. At night the climate change made the room cold, not even extra blankets helped. Asked for an electric heater and was told it would be 10 EUROS per night to have one, and that the heater was functioning properly at adequate thermal degree that it should be, that being 19 degrees Celsius. I wouldn't stay there again, because of my overall experience.
