Since it's a new property there is still the construction work going on, but we were given best treatment by the staff. Property is nice and peaceful. Nice ambience and good rooms. Worth visiting once.

Excellent new hotel with extremely polite and courteous staff. Reception staff need a bit of training !! Especially AmanRaj who was not keen to listen to issues i wanted them to rectify after our checkout and said other guests are arriving so he needs to attend to them but when I looked back there was no-one behind me. Very clean and nice place to stay. I enjoyed 😉 my stay. I recommend yhis hotel to anyone. I checked out late . They didn't charged me. Very helpful reception regarding everything.

Staff very helpful and courteous. Level of cleanliness was very good. Didn't like the wet bathroom. Would prefer shower cubicle or even a shower tray so floor didn't get wet and slippery.

Best hotel in Surat in terms of 5 star hotels

The place really exceeded our expectations. Very responsive staff and helpful as well. The Suite room were spacious and well maintained. I would highly recommend booking the hotel for your next stay. Accessible to the markets for shopping purposes, me and my family visited Surat for wedding shopping.

The room was clean and comfortable. Room services were amazing from laudry to taking our luggage up to room and down to reception. We were part of a wedding party so had 5 rooms and we all thr best experience which as you can imagine can be a problem but lords was amazing. We stayed for 2 nights and moved to a villa somewhere else and came back as the villa was terrible Thanks to all the staff

Hotel is well located and properly maintained. The staff is very co operative. Also the breakfast was super good
