Hotel service was good. Cleanliness was great. The food was lacking and it made my wife very sick. The location is unfortunate but it is in the middle of Surat which can't be helped. The Hotel staff outside that help you with the doors keep saluting you as if you're some official which is kind of uncomfortable.
Staff very helpful and courteous. Level of cleanliness was very good.
Didn't like the wet bathroom. Would prefer shower cubicle or even a shower tray so floor didn't get wet and slippery.
