Our overall stay was amazing. The staff were very kind and professional. We hit a snag on the last day as we left but the staff were prompt in correcting it.

I booked this hotel on Expedia and surprisingly found the hotel to exceed on our expectations. Hotel is constructed on more than 100 year old Portuguese building. Food was excellent. Hotel staff was very good and courteous. Ambience of the hotel is very good. Rooms are pool facing. Rooms and washroom are very big in size.

Lovely Room, independent chalets. Staff, very helpful and always available when needed. I believe they need to do some work with the pool area. The pool is lovely, but the staffing arranging the towels don’t seem to have too much motivation to find towels and often I waited half an hour for a towel. Great location, I would definitely recommend staying in there in the future

New hotel, clean and lovely staff. Lots to do including spa, and easy access to sights. As it’s new, staff were still getting used to policies and we were told slightly different things vs. Booking (meal plans) but Lilly (restaurant staff) did everything to make us feel comfortable - pretty much make anything we wanted ! Great services

We really enjoyed ourselves. I will be bringing my family there as they would love it. But for our party of 5 girls it was easy to get there. Staff at the beginning of the check in was good as they mentioned timing of breakfast. And as we were tired from our journey and was late for breakfast, they still accommodated us.
