"The location was quiet and convenient for those who like the old port. Front desk staff were friendly but not very experienced. Housekeeping staff was great. The hotel really should check it's toilet seats more often as ours was almost falling off and we had to get it fastened properly by staff. Also ,the transition strip on the floor to the bathroom could easily cause someone to trip. The rooftop pool was warm enough on a cool April day. A hot tub up there would be a good addition. Although the room was not large it was sensibly arranged to accommodate luggage and other needs. The bed was fine."

"Clean, no nonsense room for when you need a clean quiet place to sleep with very good amenities. Breakfast with fresh fruit and eggs a cut above similar places, highly recommend 👌"

"L’hôtel était bien situé malgré qu’il n’y avait pas beaucoup de restaurants autour. Le personnel était accueillant même si l’hôtel était très achalandé. Le restaurant de l’hôtel n’était pas fameux. La nourriture n’était pas à notre goût pour le prix."

"Nouvel hôtel, très bien situé, dans le vieux Montréal, c'est propre, c'est sécuritaire. Il y avait frigo, micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle, laveuse-sécheuse, vaisselle, etc. Leur savon, shampoing, sent divinement bon. Le seul petit hic, il n'y a aucun stationnement, mais c'était indiqué, donc je me suis stationné au port de Montréal et le téléviseur ne fonctionnait pas, mais je les ai avisés seulement à mon départ. J'ai adoré cet endroit et je pourrais y retourner."
