"Great property and good for long stay"

"Decent apartments but poorly managed and few amenities. We reached the property address as per the booking but were told to go to a different location. Cutlery was limited and old. No dishwashing soap or a sponge, no kitchen towels or paper. There is no cafeteria or breakfast facility, not even tea bags or basic condiments in the room. "

"I had a Great stay at perch, its a well maintained and clean property. Food was veryy nice too. The staff is polite and professional. "

"The facility was ’ok’... not easy to locate... rooms were too porous to sound from the outside... staff needs some training in hospitality although the lady night manager was efficient and proffessional. Comfortable stay except for the noise. Shopping very nearby for those interested. "
