It was my moms birthday and she was amazed at the room upgrade, the hospitality, the cleanliness of the room, and our butler BoBo who was super nice and accommodating! I have stayed here previously and the service and the rooms havent changed - stat amazing and updated. "

"The staff here are so friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Lovely items left in our room where the recognised a need. The breakfasts were so good and fresh. We didn’t use the pool however did use the adults area of the Westin which is great. The door staff were always so lovely and welcoming. The downside is out of your control. There is a lot of construction work and it is very very noisy. Our room did overlook it on the 22nd floor. That combined with the 3am parties at the club next door were a little irritating. However that being said I know we could have moved rooms. Really great hotel just make sure your room is not on the construction side. "
