The hotel has a very nice location, very quiet and surrounded by nature, it’s a 10/15 mins walk only from the center. Very nice and available staff, the hotel is very well organized with a private transport service that drives you to the main ski lifts in a couple of minutes. We stayed in junior suite for 3 nights in December for a winter spa holiday in the dolomites. Beautiful room with beautiful views! The room had everything we wanted for a short Italian get away with the private hot tub and sauna. Staff were so lovely and approachable, breakfast was amazing. The only downside was that the TV wouldn’t connect to our phones, and the area itself is difficult to find food if you’re looking to eat after 2pm as everything is closed for a few hours.

Stayed in Arco for 3 days. Great to get away from hustle of Riva del Garda whilst still being very close to Lago di Garda. Other smaller lakes (Tenno, Ledro) nearby well worth a visit. Minutes walk away from cathedral and town centre with great restaurant recommendations. Tennis club with clay and indoor courts also very close. Staff very helpful in advising best places to go. Fantastic hiking routes and proximity to Parco Naturale Adamello Brenta. Highly recommend.

Perfect place to stay for tourist to this area, Very clean and comfortable, and with nice view, easy to access attractive points. Very good breakfast and kind staffs. Just perfect place. I will definitely recommend this hotel.

From start to finish, we simply had the best time ever. What amazing, happy and helpful staff, absolutely nothing was a problem. We cannot recommend this hotel enough and hopefully we will return one day.

Excellent staff always on the spot and happy to help. The transport offered it is a great advantage, dropping to the required ski-lift everyday. The food quality and service was outstanding, Italian tradition maintained at higher standard including perfectly run restaurant hall.
