I don’t think the pictures here do the hotel justice. We spent nights on the balcony enjoying the view over the vines and valley. Staff are friendly and present. Pool is good size and more sunbeds available to use on terrace. The sunbeds could do with updating (quite uncomfortable). The small kitchen unit in the room was handy if you choose to self cater. Friendly, helpful staff. We were upgraded to a suite (thank you) which was clean and had all the amenities you could wish for. We enjoyed drinks in the bar and an evening meal which was delicious. There is a large selection at breakfast including a hot buffet. The hotel itself is a 2 minute walk from Bolzano Sud train station and it is easy to get into Bolzano by train, one stop, or alternatively a bus.
