Staff were incredible, sent my parents on a trip to lake garda and they went above and beyond to help me when they ended up getting stranded due to public transport strikes etc. Really couldn't fault them, all the staff at aktiv hotel from booking to check out were fantastic! Couldn't recommend them highly enough!

We loved the hotel and all of its services and the wonderful staff and delicious breakfast and super chef! Wow! I cannot say enough! We used the laundry service, washed our bikes in the bike wash, thoroughly enjoyed a home cooked breakfast attended to by their wonderful chef and Alexandria at the front desk was fabulous helping me arrange our return trip to Venice. Thank you to all!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, die perfekt auf sportliche Aktivitäten ausgerichtet ist. Ist man Radfahrer, Läufer, Wanderer o.ä., ist man in diesem Hotel perfekt aufgehoben. Die Fahrräder können sicher in einem überwachten Container untergebracht werden. Es gibt mehr als genug Parkmöglichkeiten. Im Pool kann man seine Bahnen ziehen oder auch einfach nur relaxen. Das Frühstück war der Hammer. Alles frisch und sehr liebevoll angerichtet. Das Personal war unglaublich nett und bemüht. Des Weiteren gibt es abends immer tolle Angebote wie Wine Tastings, All you can eat Angebote usw. Bei der Einrichtung der Zimmer hat man sich anscheinend viele Gedanken gemacht. Abgesehen vom coolen Style der Einrichtung ist alles super Funktional. Auf ‚kleinem‘ Raum wurde dafür gesorgt, dass man all sein Zeug praktisch verstauen kann. Das einzige was mich persönlich etwas gestört hat, war der schon etwas penetrante Raumerfrischer. Alles in allem war ich super happy mit der Unterkunft. Ich werde garantiert wiederkommen und würde es auch unbedingt weiterempfehlen.

Una bella struttura, di poco defilata dal centro paese. Due piccole piscine comunque godibili, camere ben strutturate ed una colazione super. Infine piccole ma gradevoli sorprese da parte del gentilissimo staff. È stata l'esperimento di una sola notte, ma molto positiva.

Fantastisk sted

Meget fint og moderne hotell, perfekt beliggenhet, lukket og låst område om natten, første gang jeg har fått omvisning om fasiliteter på hotellet av betjeningen ved ankomst, rent og pent, nydelig frokost med hyggelig uteplass med to flotte basseng i hagen. Svært service innstilt betjening, meget bra bra sted for syklister med alle fasiliteter for sykkel turisme.

Von der Anreise bis zur Abreise...besser habe ich es noch nie erlebt. Freundlich, immer mit einem Lächeln. Das Frühstück ist grandios. Sauna sehr zu empfehelen ebenso die Infoecke neben der Rezeption. Hier findet jeder noch etwas rund um den See (Ausflüge, Sehenswürdigkeiten etc.). Biken stand diesesmal nicht auf unserem Zettel, aber auch hier wirklich Klasse. Was uns nicht gefallen hat......naja.....der Pool war etwas kalt :-)) , aber Ok für Ende Oktober.

Ein eher kleines aber sehr feines Hotel. Während des Aufenthaltes merkt man die vielen kleinen Annehmlichkeiten, die dieses Haus bietet. Sehr nettes Personal.

Felicissima esperienza sull'Alto Lago di Garda

Ho soggiornato una notte in questa struttura durante un weekend sul lago di Garda. E' stata una esperienza felicissima che mi sento di suggerire. La posizione è ottimale: l'hotel è infatti piuttosto centrale ma al tempo stesso davvero silenzioso. Ampio parcheggio interno gratuito. Struttura, camere ed ambienti in genere non solo modernamente ed elegantemente arredati, ma anche molto funzionali ed adatti anche ad una clientela sportiva in genere ed a ciclisti in particolare. Camere molto confortevoli; merita una menzione particolare l'eccellente qualità del materasso!!! Colazione fantastica per assortimento e qualità. Bella piscina. Ritengo tuttavia che il vero fiore all'occhiello di questo hotel sia l'estrema gentilezza e disponibilità di tutto il personale, nessuno escluso, calda e genuina ma al tempo stesso sempre efficiente e professionale.

Super ausgerichtet auf alle Aktivitäten auf und um den Gardasee. Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit wenn es um Abendessen oder sonstige Fragen geht. Man die immer die Wahl zu Fuß in den Gardasee-Trubel vorne am Wasser und in Torbole einzutauchen oder sich im Hotel von dem Trubel zu erholen. Super Anlage zum entspannen mit allem was man braucht (Getränke, Snacks, Pool und Liegen).

Highly recommended!

The most peaceful and one of the nicest places our family ever visited. Beautiful location, wonderful garden, nice staff who were so helpful and polite in every matter. Super breakfast with lots of vegetables and fruit, you can make your own fresh juice. I really recommend this place.
