L'hotel è in pessime condizioni. Sporco. Nel corridoio fuori dalla stanza c'era questo cattivo odore... La posizione è molto buona, così come la colazione, ma considerando il prezzo e la qualità non ci tornerei.

Posizione ottima proprio in centro. Colazione nel ristorante all’ultimo piano con vista su lago e panorama. Provata area benessere e Jacuzzi in camera. Per un hotel a 4stelle mi aspettavo: bidet, kit di cortesia in bagno, colazione mancante di cibo guten free (richiesti e consistenti in 1 brioches e wafer). Asciugacapelli riparato con elastico. Forse tutto questo perché non si era ancora in alta stagione. Spero che tutto questo migliori durante l’alta stagione (a parte il bidet). Personale gentilissimo e cordialissimo.

Zentral gelegenes Hotel in Riva, Zufahrt nur für Check-In/Out gestattet.+14 Euro Parkplatz 600 m, kostenloser Parkplatz 700 m entfernt Kleines sauberes Zimmer, ansonsten auffallend störend schmutzige Fenster im ganzen Haus. Den Wellnessbereich haben wir uns nach Besichtigung gespart. Unser Sonntagsfrühstück war leider zumindest vom Vortag. Wir kommen leider nicht wieder.

die Unterbringung war einfach und als grand hotel ist es vor 50 jahren bestimmt gut durchgegangen. unsere bettdecke schimmelte und der föhn war kaputt. Das frühstück war schlecht. allerdings das personal sehr freundlich

Zentrale Lage mit Luft nach oben

Wunderbare Lage direkt in der Altstadt. Zu Ein- und Auschecken darf mit dem Auto in die Fußgängerzone gefahren. Allerdings Parkhaus (5-10min zu Fuß )mit 10€ pro Tag etwas kostspielig. Zimmer könnte etwas hellere Beleuchtung vertragen.

A very nice hotel in a central location

A very nice hotel in the middle of the town square. A very convenient location and stay. Parking needs to be done within 5-10 minutes of the hotel, bat access is easy by foot.

Sauberkeit, vor allem im Kellerbereich wo die Fahrräder abgestellt werden lässt stark zu wünschen übrig. (Zugang über schmale verwinkelte Stiege) Zimmer und Frühstücksraum (Aussicht) am Dach sind sehr schön.

Sehr zentral gelegen, Parkplatz wurde nicht angeboten, wir mussten das Auto auf den öffentlichen Platz beim alten Bahnhof stellen. Das hat uns sehr befremdet, zumal dies ein sehr renommiertes Hotel ist.
