"Firstly, we thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Harrison Hot Springs. We loved sitting in the Hot Pools and enjoyed the amazing scenery. I was also grateful that there are rooms specifically for those traveling with their pet and the pet policy is supportive to do activities and still travel with your animal. However, we were really disappointed with the cleanliness of the common areas of the hotel and the service of those areas. Tissues, rubber gloves, food items and glasses from patron rooms were not removed during our stay of two nights. The carpet in the hallway of the West Wing (pet-friendly area) was really dirty, windows and outside lamps were covered with cob webs, the back garden area gate was locked up and some garden beds around the pool were empty and uncared for. The staff was professional, yet lacked welcoming warmth, the bar area was messy (yet the staff here was very friendly and helpful). We'd love to go back to the area but I will think twice to book this hotel. Price and value do not match."

"My mom & I stayed here for 3 nights & loved our stay! The hotel is in a great location & the staff is very friendly & super helpful! There is always water, a well stocked vending machine, & a coffee machine downstairs in the lobby, plus the best in-room coffee maker I’ve ever had. 10/10 would recommend, & I plan to stay here again myself when I can make it back to Vancouver! "

"My first trip to Seattle. I expected a lot more from this hotel. But I was super disappointed. Parking is difficult at best. A block away. The air conditioning didn’t work at all, I was given a fan. The bathroom is so small you couldn’t turn around. Seems more like a $99 dollar a night kinda of place. Not recommended!"
