Justin the owner was fantastic and so helpful! He recently purchased the property and plans to renovate in the low season. I think this will make an already great B&B even better. The only things I think were really missing were blackout curtains, the curtains were really flimsy and thin so we were up with the sun, and a daily housekeeping refresh. At this price point I expect to see the bed made and towels refreshed daily, so that was a bit of a let down. Room was large and clean, breakfast was...

Very friendly staff. Lovely atmosphere close to the historic town centre.

Much better than its publicity. Very clean and well appointed cabin magically located in a grove of immense trees.

Great Stay, comfortable and spacious room. Only had one night and really enjoyed playing roulette.

We enjoyed our stay. There are a couple of people who deserve a special mention. The ladies who were taking care of the breakfast buffet. It was VERY busy and the worked very hard to keep everyone fed and the place clean. Thank you to Merced and Luz Elaina and the cooks.

This hotel had all the amenities advertised, available and in good order. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. There was lots of choice for breakfast from cereal and toast, cooked eggs and bacon to make your own mini waffles. Coffee was great. The town of Eureka was great and the Friday Night Street Market had good entertainment as well as a choice of local produce stalls. Only wish we were staying another night.

Stayed one night and it was really comfortable. The decor is crazy and mismatched but quite sweet all the same, the property is old and has a creaky charm. Our room was a large triple aspect and very light and airy. Breakfast was adequate with tea coffee porridge yogurt fruit and scones. We ate at the restaurant across the street for dinner and that did good fish /seafood. Great location easy parking safe area. They took a $100 ‘bond’ but I’m still awaiting its return, hopefully soon.

used as a base whilst working locally
