"Stayed for 4 nights. Very central location! Convenient to get to from the airport using public transport if you had just handbags.
Found out later that there is a Bus that goes from outside the hotel directly to the airport. Would be useful if it’s on the booking website. A big plus point!
Didn’t try breakfast. Bar was good. Served snacks etc but food service stopped at 2100 hrs. So you were stuck for food.
Room “ looked “ clean but hadn’t had a thorough cleaning! Daily routine was superficially clean but if a tissue or something was left on the corner it was not cleaned out by the cleaner. "
"Clean hotel and well sound insulated. The room looked to an internal courtyard and a wall that was not pretty at all. You would expect a proper view outside for the price."
"Beautiful lobby, even better than the photos. Apparently was designed by Anemone. And lovely room fragrance.
There’s everything you could wish for at the buffet breakfast and custom made omelette ready in 3 mins.
I didn’t use the gym or swimming pool but good to have.
The room was lovely. A bit hot but that got sorted. Enormous TV where I watched the nature programmes every day! Lovely shower, linen and comfy bed.
The staff were friendly and professional.
I loved the lobby bar and negroni cocktails.
The room door was a puzzle to lock for me and the receptionist. However I worked it out by the second day. My tea bags and coffee brought from home got taken (in the trash probably) so it’s a good policy to keep things like that in the drawer.. they were replaced by similar so that was ok
Great central location, everything seemed to be 10mins walk away! 5 mins walk from train station, 20 min fast train from airport. Very well planned locations
Overall 10/10 and by far the most attractive and loviest smelling reception.
Would definitely return - thanks x

"Hotel is in a superb location. Minutes from central station and a huge shopping centre. Rooms clean and well equipped. No issues with fees etc and a smooth experience. There is building work going on outside the hotel at the moment but it didn't impact hugely on our stay. Pool was lovely, small but had options to swim against the current etc. We would absolutely book this hotel again."
"We were upgraded from compact room to a loft. Very clean. Nice and bit more spacious but need to manage the stairs carefully as it’s quite steep. Bare minimum. No mugs or kettle to make hot drinks. Good selection of breakfast with eggs, sausage, salad, bread, yogurt. Location is very convenient as the hotel is inside the central train station. Staff was helpful and friendly. "
"My wife and I arrived at the hotel without our luggage because it had been destroyed in a fire on the train from Bergen to Oslo. The staff were very helpful and supportive, and the room itself was very comfortable, very clean and very quiet. The hotel is ideally placed for easy access to the airport building, just a short walk and almost entreily a covered walk."
