Great value for money given Oslo prices, reception team very helpful and pleasant, especially the young man with beanie hat, and i don't recognise some of the previous reviews about miserable reception staff. No kettles in room, but there are in the basement along with microwave and a seating area to eat your own food and drink. Also a nice relaxation area in Reception whre you can buy a selection of hot and cold drinks, and sandwiches, toasties etc, as well as an area to work from. The rooms aren't massive but more than adequate for requirements, and they had no difficulty accommodating accessibility requirements for my wife. Don't expect much from the TV, but lots to see and visit in the City anyway. Highly recommend "Street Food" around the corner offering loads of different food choices under one roof, good value for money considering Oslo is very expensive for food as well as everything else, expect to pay £10 a pint!
