"It is very convenient as I had business meetings in Kitahama, Moriguchi, and Hirakata, all on the Keihan Line. The hotel sits above Midosuji Kitahama sta. 5 min walk via either underground passage or on street level."

"Rooms are very basic and a bit tight for twin beds. Missed having an electrical outlet in the bathroom, needed to use my waterpik. Liked having the buffet breakfast however could not eat it every morning as it was not totally my taste. Location was fantastic and close to subway."

"Everything about our stay was great except for the shower. It would randomly change temperature dramatically while you were showering and would not change back until 3-4 minutes has passed. Other than that, the staff was very accommodating, it was very clean and much more extravagant than I was expecting!"

"This hotel was really nice and in a good location. The entrance can be a bit tricky but once you get the hang of it it’s not bad at all. My only complaint is how humid it is once you get off on your floor after the elevator. There’s a door you need to get through to get to the hallway and it’s really humid in that little area for some reason. "

We came back to the room one night to a surprise slice of cake and a hand written card for my boyfriend's birthday, even though his birthday wasn't til 2 weeks later. That was very nice of the staff to go the extra mile to make our stay feel even more special."
