"What I like Lugga Boutique Hotel is its location, the large duplex hotel room and its services. Three of us were there staying over for three nights and the hotel staffs were super attentive and catered to our every needs. Their breakfast staffs are very helpful, happy, greeted us every morning with genuine helps. Their owner will check every morning to ensure the hotel services are up to standard and also they support females working there! Amazing! "
"We liked the hotel overall but it is a little pricey for what you get. It is like a B&B for the most part. Beach is great. Breakfast is not. The green areas are good. Rooms are O. the best part of the room is the extremely quiet AC. "
"When we were first looking at options, we didn't know what to expect about this place because the reviews were so mixed. So thankful we went with it! It's just like the pictures, great family atmosphere, excellent service and incredibly kind staff. There were a lot of options for meals at the buffet, a stocked salad bar, fresh omelettes, fresh brick oven pide (pizza), and fresh grilled fish were among the food highlights. The rooms were very clean, and housekeeping came twice some days. The...
"Excellent and friendly staff. It is owned by a very friendly family. The location is right on the beach and close to shops and restaurants.
WIFI needs some improvement but otherwise it is a great property. I would stay here again. "
"I was with my family in Muskebi Apart Hotel in July. There we found apartments with 2 baths and 2 bedrooms. Sea beach in 7 minutes to walk, different beach cafe and restorans there.
There was only one grocery shop near around. To get meals we have asked for taxi to Midtown, about 10 minutes drive. Recommend for family with children."
"Nice atmosphere , with half board the dinner is a fantastically rich buffet. Great location, immediately on the sea, with a nice wooden deck with deck chairs and easy access to the water. "

"Great hotel. Had some minor issues but our advisor Gulshat and Yana sorted it. Also the staff at Asma restaurant are the best. Specially Abdullah. Thanks"
"This hotel was beyond filthy. The second I walked into the room, the stench hit me. The bathroom was revolting – mold all over the tiles, a disgusting shower, and a toilet that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. It was so nasty I didn’t even want to touch anything.
For the money I spent, I expected at least a clean room, but instead I got this dump. I felt dirtier after staying here than before I checked in. They “changed” our room the next day, but guess what? It was just as filthy. Nothing improved.
On top of that, the staff was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Zero customer service, zero care for guests.
This was hands down the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Stay far, far away from this place. Total waste of money and a disgusting nightmare.
1* hotel!!!!"
"Staff tried to stick us into 2 rooms that weren’t connected because the family suite we had booked didn’t have working AC. This wasn’t made clear to us and we had to wait until evening (with regular reminders from my husband ) until we got another room- still not what we had booked.
To be fair, the staff did try to help - but the hotel is HUGE with literally hundreds of people who have no concept of queuing! They were understaffed and being Turkish trumped everything.
We didn’t get great service and it felt a bit like fending for yourself.
I don’t think the website makes it clear that all inclusive only allows you to eat in the main dining buffet restaurant - and you are only allowed to eat once at any of the other restaurants (unless you book 7 days or more).
Water park was ok - limited rides for little ones and the fair was at best, maybe an hour or so before the kids got bored.
We won’t be back

"Very nice resort, friendly staff, very helpful. However the room we were given which was supposed to be sea view, was harsly that it was next to the kids swimming pool and was noisy"
