This is a very large resort, so the location of your room can make a difference. My room was closer to the pool, and it took approximately 10 minutes to get to reception. During peak times, the lift can also become quite crowded. It is also very slow.
Because my room was near the pool area and restaurant corridor, I could hear music throughout the day and into the evening. It wasn't overly bothersome, but at one point I did express my concern to the hotel staff, and they were responsive and turned the music down. Interestingly, I rarely saw anyone using that particular area, so I felt the music could have been kept at a lower volume to begin with.
