"Absolutely amazing staff and service. Superb location…great room…lovely breakfast in the courtyard. The owner even provided a complimentary drink and invited me to share a beautiful family meal with Home cooked dishes. Can not recommend this place enough."
"We really enjoyed our stay here. A great stop over hotel close to bar street, the walking/shopping area and Bodrum castle. Excellent for an over night if you are planning to take a ferry to Kos or the Greek islands. Excellent breakfast, kind service, room had everything. Bathroom didn’t have good ventilation or drainage but it was manageable. Aircon blew directly at our heads which was annoying but worked very well. The room door lock was not as secure as we’d prefer and main areas of the hotel...
"A nice, neat, centrally located pension-type place about 10 minutes walk from Bodrum castle! It felt tucked away at least to get away from the busy strip of restaurant and bars. "
"For the price I paid, was a good place. Very friendly and polite staff. A big challenge was to find this location on foolish map. No car access. You have to walk around 7 minutes whe you are off the taxi.
Nice breakfast area with sea view patio. Great place for all shoppings.
This hotel is in the middle of bazar with tons of restaurants and shopping just at your door step. "
"Excellent spot close to bay and restaurants. Parking available, hosts friendly and helpful. Great spot for couples or families. Great pool area in a quiet location, close to castle. "

"had a fantastic stay at the Costa Maya Hotel. The breakfast was fresh, tasty, and a great way to start the day. The pool was clean and relaxing—perfect for cooling off and unwinding.
Special thanks to Gina, who really made my experience memorable with her warm and attentive service. She also helped arrange a boat tour that ended up being a real highlight of the trip—super enjoyable and very affordable.
I also enjoyed a few cocktails during my stay—they were well made and added to the relaxing vibe. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this hotel if you’re visiting Costa Maya!"
"What a great stay! The room was beautiful and comfortable, the pool was so refreshing and with amazing views of the sea and hillsides. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful and the food was absolutely delicious. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back!"
"We stayed in this property for a week. The hotel is in a walking distance from the beach, restaurants and shops. Very safe and quite. We really enjoyed breakfasts and tea all over the day. Common area is very nicely decorated, and full of flowers. Check in and out was easy. Friendly staff. Small ref is in the room. The only thing to keep in mind is an extremely tiny bathroom combined with toilette. I would also add 2 chairs to the room, there is a table but no chairs. Overall, we liked our stay! "
"I completely agree with the previous reviews — this place may be rated 3 stars, but it feels like 4!
This hotel truly exceeded our expectations. The views are absolutely stunning, and the service was some of the best we’ve ever experienced. A special shoutout to Cherry and Gonca, who were both exceptional — they anticipated our needs before we even asked and really made our stay feel special.
The pool area is incredibly relaxing, with a breathtaking view of the sea and castle. We never got tired of looking at it! In the evenings, the pool transforms into a serene restaurant where you can enjoy dinner as the sun sets over the sea — a truly magical setting.
The location is also a major plus: centrally positioned and just a short walk to the seafront, with plenty of fantastic restaurants and bars nearby.
If we had to be picky, we would mention the beautiful rooftop bar — which, unfortunately, was closed during our stay. It would have been lovely to enjoy a pre-dinner drink while watching the sunset over the mountains. For cocktails, we highly recommend the Michael Angelo — it was our favorite!
While the ambiance of the hotel’s restaurant at dinner is unbeatable, we did find the food to be slightly less impressive than some of the nearby restaurants. That said, it’s still worth dining there at least once — the atmosphere is so peaceful and relaxing."
"This hotel is definitely a hidden gem. Firstly I was welcomed by the lovely night porter who showed me to my room and explained what I needed to know regarding breakfast and locking the door with help from Google translate.
Breakfast was absolutely delicious with plenty of choice and lots of homemade food. I especially enjoyed the cherry jam and the cinnamon cake..
Pool area very clean and pool cleaned regularly. Pool lovely and cool during the heat.
My room was lovely and aircon a bonus.
All the staff are lovely and helpful, nothing is to much trouble. I'm looking forward to going again in September ( fingers crossed)."
