"Beautiful location. Breakfast buffet was excellent and service was exceptional."

"The property location was great and the room and breakfast were good. The only issues were that the air conditioning wasn’t working throughout the hotel and we weren’t made aware of this. It was only when we got to the room and tried it that we found this out. We were given a fan to use but the room was very hot. Also, the pool wasn’t operational but again we weren’t made aware of that."

"The staff were so helpful, the breakfasts were amazing and all the facilities were very good. There is a bubble pool, sauna, relaxation rooms and various massages that can be booked. I had the singing bowls massage it was superb."

"No air conditioning but the staff was able to get us a fan which helped a lot. It’s an older building but fits the general vibe of the town. Overall, was fine for our stay in Orta."

"The location is nice, but we were disappointed. Contrary to what we expected and what was mentioned, there was no free wifi (there was no wifi at all!), the parking was 1.3 km away and this was not a hotel but a series of appartements. The one we got was not the one we rented! And at the end, it was extremely overpriced for what we got. To be avoided!"

"As usual the staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel has seen an increase in reservations in the last year and so has seen more wear and tear. It could certainly use a little TLC when the summer crunch is finished."
