"It has all the facilities that I expected. The check in was efficient. However, there should be an emphasis that there is a free access to the indoor swimming pool. There should also be an explanation what’s available in the spa."

"The hotel is superb. The location is good, you can walk to Baveno and Stresa. The whole hotel just feels very classy, the staff are extremely attentive and it's exceptionally well priced. We cant work out why it's not a 5 star hotel. We will certainly be coming back."
