The elevator is very worn down and old. The shower water does not get hot. The water was backing up in the shower so a maintenance came to unclog it. The shower makes a loud sound while the water is running.

This property was exceptionally clean with a very large room with a seating area. Pleasantly surprised! And the front desk staff ( due to my crazy schedule and quick trip they were the only ones I had the pleasure of dealing with) - they were very friendly and helpful with all of my questions. This is my first stay at this particular hotel brand (Hyatt Place) and I would definitely stay at one again and recommend it to friends.
