Well maintained hotel in a great central location. Friendly and helpful staff. The corner Junior suite was very spacious and comfortable with a great bathroom. Do not touch the Minibar; $ 36 for a Pepsi and a bottle of water. Big disappointment the food at the 15th floor restaurant.

The staff was the selling point! Gabriela and another woman with brown hair and glasses who i’m so sorry I forgot her name were amazing! Their communication was above and beyond and put me in a positive mood checking into the place. Absolutely would book with this company again and don’t see myself going elsewhere. I loved the hotel! The views are amazing! The staff is super friendly. The hotel side is better than the residence side. We stayed at both while we were there. The residence staff is not very helpful. However, the hotel staff was amazing.
