VIP status entitled us to receive bottle of wine and room upgrade even though upgrades were available. We were refused both. Pre-purchased breakfast for two and then received limited $20 vouchers leaving us to pay extra. This hotel is a joke.

Great location, walking distance to pretty much any sort of experience wanted - store, restaurant, lounge and so forth. The staff was very friendly. Brickell is my favorite town in Miami and Dua is in a perfect location spot where it is not straight in the middle of it where all the noise gets in.

Too noisy to sleep, nightclub on the second floor

There is a nightclub on the second floor which was too noisy to sleep on the 6th floor, including Sunday night. Not pleasant when you have to get up early to work remotely. Good location, good breakfast in the restaurant. Lots of restaurants and mall within walking distance.
