Awesome property. Second time there but 2 issues - 1. 3 days before the property manager (VHC) asked us to switch to another 6 bedroom home but they forgot to inform the security at the gate of the change so we had to dig through emails to provide the previous address to be let in 2. No proper WIFI for the first 24 hours was a nightmare. I work remotely so my job suffered. Eventually they fixed it but they need to be more responsive

HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT COMPANY
Very nice property, but property management company VHCStay, was horrible. - First, it doesn't mention anywhere that there is actually a fee if you want the hottub to be hot. - I got there my 1st night to find that out. The earliest someone could come was the next day and it takes 24 hours to heat - I negotiated a $135 fee for the hottub heat - They charged me, but the heat was never turned on. - I'm now on call # 5 to "get managment to approve" the refund. - In addition, payment was made via Hotels.com. The management comany then charged me AGAIN for the same stay. This is my 2nd round of calls about this. When you call you get someone overseas with no ability to really do anything. Too bad, because it is a nice house.

Clubhouse great, some things could be better
The neighborhood was great. Clubhouse was awesome. Pool attached to the house was super small. Hot tub was not warm. Would need to pay an additional $180 for it to be warm. Grill will need a propane tank. Make sure you confirm and reconfirm your list of guests. Some of us were stuck outside the gate without access and no one was answering the phone for hours.
