I’m not sure if it’s because all of the double bed rooms are grouped together but it seemed to be overbearing at how many guest were placed at the rear of the resort and there was no parking space so we were forced to park buildings away and walk to our room late at night. There were some places where there’s a lot of parking spaces but I think those were different type of rooms so I’m going to assume that is why there was more parking spaces available. Definitely lesson learned

The stay could have turned out to be a great stay had not we had all these surprises. When we booked the room through Expedia we booked for the room that had the balcony but upon our arrival we were told that there were any and it was only located in one building. Parking was terrible for the property size there was not enough parking to accommodate the amount of guests on the property. We had to walk about .5 mile from where we parked and where the room was. The room decor was mid nothing spectacular and the AC unit was LOUD. THE WORST part for me was finding out about all these additional hotel, state, and county fees that were NOT disclosed at the beginning nor time of booking our stay. So the breakfast included..FALSE it’s an additional fee, and the incidental fee is FALSE because they take out all of the fees they don’t mention out of that holding fee so the $300 ADDITIONAL won’t be refunded only $100 of it will be credited back. TOTAL SCAM

Where do I begin with this disaster of a stay? I will keep it brief with the most important facts: I had so many cleanliness issues to the point I was moved to two different rooms. JC the Front Desk Manager brushed off my many concerns, and quite frankly made me feel like a nuisance for expressing these concerns, stating the best that he could offer me what’s the number to a different room. And aside from that, he stated he “wasn’t doing anything else.” Granted I was on a business trip and decided to pay for my own personal room out of pocket. For the rates they charge, the service was sub par at best. I stayed 5 nights, and 4/5 nights there was an issue with overall room cleanliness that was—for whatever reason— tedious for them to resolve. I was offered a discounted rate by another manager for ONE day, even though I spent around $500/$600 at the location. I will say the following staff members did ease my frustrations regardless of the outcome: Ingrid from Laguna Bar, Marissa the Manager, Chris the Front Desk Associate, and the young lady at the bar who is on the Poster Ad in the lobby. To you all, thank you for trying to solve an ongoing solution. These are the people to ask for when going to the hotel. Again…this is the short version so take that with a grain of salt

Hi I made a mistake when booking my stay I needed to check I. a night before and called Expedia and no one was able to help me so had to just book another night at the hotel and loose the other one I would no be using Expedia in the future very disappointed
