Had to change rooms when I got there because it was so dirty, staff were nice and gave me another which was better but still needed some cleaning . Good price but the whole place needs a lot of love.
Phone hadn’t been cleaned in a long time.
TV was barely holding on with terrible picture in first room.

Would not come back, even for a quick overnight like this stay. Dirty room with mold, water damage, stained sheets. Breakfast limited options and what was there looked off and tasted off.

Only stayed 3 nights and 4 days. No room service because they were short staffed. Asked for linens and clean towels but never received them. Outlets in room were hanging out the wall and only two lamps which one didn’t work. Walls were dirty, all in all won’t be returning.

Soaked wet carpets in the room, horrible smell and poor housekeeping. Never again! Some staff were friendly.
The smell was horrible like the trim been wet for weeks . We take off our shoes and realize that the carpet was soaked wet, water go all the way out the room.

Very neglected. It was like the place was abandoned. Smelled like mold, there were some wet spots on the carpet. Rust spots everywhere . Horrible. My kids didn’t want to stay there. Booked another hotel right away and left. Just came back in the morning to return the keys. No offense….but the place needs a total makeover before receiving guests

Reserved a king bed - no kings available when we arrived at 10 pm. I called 2 days prior to say we’d be late check in I sent email day before that we’d be late check in I called night of check in to say we’d be late check in They still gave our room away even though resort appears “empty” (less than 25% full). Then they charged some bogus additional resort fee when we checked in which was 50% cost of room.

We were greeted by a friendly staff member although that was the only positive experience of the whole stay. Systems were down, couldn’t check in until well after check in time, no one ever answers the phones, rooms were dirty, smelly, and dated. Within the first hour of waiting for a room in the lobby, we saw inspectors and a scene which the police had to come for. Awful stay, would not recommended at all

My room was musty and the carpet was damp. Therefore the room smelled. I was surpised with an additional 'resort fee', especially since the room was very far from resort like. The rooms we old and not well maintained. Which would be okay if not for the dampness and smell. I didn't want to take the long walk back to the front desk to change rooms as I was so tired, so I lit some incense and went to sleep.

Price was great for what it was very close to everything you will need we did see a gator at the property it was awesome looking for a cheap motel for a few days i recommend
