The property itself is absolutely stunning. The rooms are nice. However the staff is the rudest I have ever came across. Hidden fees and I was screamed at for kindly asking about all the fees. Then I was told we didn't have a room and I started to panic . We were there because my sister was having an emergency C-section and all I wanted was a room so I could get to the hospital and the lady behind the counter offered me no resolutions all she kept saying was we paid for a different room and they had none. If I wanted a refund it could take 16 days! She told me she did not care my sister was having an emergency c section and she finally found a room that was less quality then the one I paid for. I accepted the room because I had zero options at that point all I could think about was getting to the hospital. She gave me keys and no directions to where are room was. I was shaking. My husband and I finally found our room and got to the hospital . Later that night. I went down to have a glass of wine to relax and the bar was closed so I got a soda in the market area and the entire room was filled with smoke! Absolutely the worst place I have ever stayed! It's sad because I have beautiful memories of staying there on the past but Brandi at the desk will keep me far away from ever returning!

The lobby is spectacular. However the room I was provided first not so great. The ac wasn’t working and it seemed to have had mold growing on the bed skirwalls, roof. Paint was used to paint over it. There were stains on the bed, walls, doors. Lots of bacteria forming places. I had to call the front desk too many times before someone answered only to tell me they are over booked. I decided to pack everything and go to the car. I couldn’t breathe and began itching. Then I had to take myself to the lobby where Chris assisted and gave me another room on the same floor. This rooms ac was working great. The walls were cleaner and even the bathroom was nicer than the other one. What a difference ac makes to a room. The bed sheets weren’t damp like the other room. Made our night much better. I still had to take an allergy pill. The other room must not be used until further inspection.

Upon arrival, only 1 person at front desk check in was about a 30 minute wait. Room reserved was not available nothing was given to compensate for inconvenience at least the resort fee should of been waived. Rooms are very outdated, tub felt unsafe, paint peeling, smelled old and moldy. Please do not be fooled by pics when booking all rooms are the same pretty much. Only thing this place has going on for them is their pool and bar area.

La habitación que nos tocó el baño estaba absolutamente sucio, tuve que limpiarlo yo misma a las 11pm cuando llegue, el piso pegostoso al caminar incluso con los zapatos puestos, las sabanas parecen cortinas en vez de sábanas, todas las toallas tenían manchas amarillentas o negra como maquillaje, la instalación como tal de la habitación es deprimente y ni hablar de las instalaciones como tal del hotel es como un edificio abandonado realmente da miedo, no vi una sola persona de seguridad de hecho no pude dormir bien porque tenía miedo. NO LO RECOMIENDO. Apenas amaneció salimos corriendo de ahí. No volvemos más.

Checkin was quick and the guy in the front desk was really helpful. The hotel is probably a 60 year old hotel but with a fresh coat of paint and modern updates but it’s hard to cover up how old it is.

THE WORST HOTEL I HAVE EVER STAYED IN. i was put in the worst room in the very back. Electricity went out in my section where the cheapest ugliest rooms were. They make it seem like every room has a volcano bay view and it doesn't. Pool was dirty. Photos show its remodeled but its not.
