"A lovely spot to stay! Our room was beautifully furnished and cozy with a historic charm. The outdoor balcony was a great way to wake up with a cup of coffee. Within walking distance of the theaters and downtown. "

"I absolutely fell in love with this property it was so beautiful from the moment we drove up the hill to see this gorgeous house at the top. The yard and garden was a surprise. I wasn’t expecting to have such a peaceful place to stay the pictures don’t even do it justice. I would definitely Want to stay there again when I come to visit family. "

The Bard's Inn, BW Signature Collection by Best Western
10/10 Excellent
"Such a cool location, aimed towards visitors to the Oregon Shakespeare festival (performed in theaters a short saunter away), but also lovely any time of year! Clean, convenient amenities, elegant furnishings and decor, and a large bathroom and large mirrors extra helpful for those dressing up for the theater. It was pouring rain when we visited, so we didn't use the outdoor pool or sauna, but the complimentary breakfast was great, and had lovely open dining areas. Note: not all buildings are connected to the breakfast room and pool, so just be aware that you may have to cross the street in your swimsuit if your room is located in an outer building. We actually preferred to be in the further building (with a cool balcony!) It's not a far walk at all, and anyways we were that much closer to Mix Bakery, Creekside Pizza, and Lithia Park. However they can often provide a room in the main building, away from the street, upon request. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful and we hope to stay here again soon. "
"The room was clean and spacious. The best thing about our visit was chatting with Cindy over breakfast. She is a gem!!! She gave us quite a few suggestions for places to visit, and we really enjoyed chatting with her. She’s an excellent asset to your hotel and a keeper! We shall return!"
"The check-in was easy, the room was excellant, very clean with plenty of towels. The room had coffee, microwave and refrigerator ready to go along with a comfortable bed."
"Very charming hotel, the common areas were cute and clean with free coffee and tea. My husband and I stayed in the anniversary sweet for two nights. We had an excellent stay! Checked in right at 4:00pm and self check in was a breeze. Our room was super spacious and very clean. The bathtubs were my favorite feature and we put them to good use. Plenty of hot water for both tubs. We will be back again! "
