Over the past fifteen years, I had frequently stayed at the Flagship but have not been back since the pandemic started.
What a shame that this affordable hotel has become so run down and shabby. Holes in the walls, drill holes all over, pencil marks on the wall where the former headboard was screwed in with no attempt to paint over it, thin scratchy towels that actually do a great job of exfoliating the skin but are certainly not comfy, towel holders literally falling of the wall.
I will say the soaps were lovely. My hair looked great after shampooing and conditioner did not leave my hair greasy. The hand soaps lathered well and smelled nice.
But it’s sad that I had to search so hard for good things to say. The staff were all very nice and welcoming.
