Rooms are very small. bathroom was dirty and needs renovating. pricing is ridiculous for what you get. breakfast was very poor. No Food in warming trays. coffee cups dirty. This is a beautiful building from the outside, However it is lacking so much on the inside to make it a Deluxe room experience. 1/5

Hotel has a lot of charm and lovely areas in sit in both inside and out. Rooms are tiny. No dresser or small table to put things on. One tiny chair that takes up space where suitcase could go. It was good tie shoes from not read. Towels and bedding at end of life. Towels very thin and bedding mismatched. Sheer drapes had shredded area. Not what one expects from place called luxurious.

We loved this beautiful hotel and its graceful architecture. The lobby is so inviting, with separate seating spaces and large comfy chairs. The room was very clean and nicely decorated; bed was really comfortable. And the staff were wonderful, from front desk (shout out to Craig!) to room service. A wonderful stay and we will return!

Ashland Springs Hotel Ashland, Oregon June 1, 2024 – June 3, 2024 This is an iconic hotel right in the middle of downtown Ashland. It is conveniently located by the Shakespeare festival, and near a great variety of restaurants, bars and shops. The hotel lobby is a wonderful throwback to the 1920’s or 1930’s, and their restaurant offers a delightful variety of fine dishes. The rooms are tiny, reflecting the norms of a bygone era, but hey are comfortable and nicely decorated. Checkin / out: Checking in and out is easy, but don’t try to check in too early. They will let you park your car early, so you can explore town until checkin time. Parking: There’s ample parking behind the hotel. Access is controlled so you don’t have to compete with festival goers. Cleanliness: We were happy to find the rooms nice and clean. Bed: The bed was a little soft for me.
