It took about 30 to 45 minutes to check in a pre-booked guest room. They are also not professional when handling check-in procedures. "Ideal location as it is very close to KLCC. There is MRT station at walkable distance, restaurants at walkable distance, and even hospital right across from hotel. Staff is very pleasant and helpful. James and Michael specially were very courteous."

"The Family Room has nice windows for walls on two sides and was larger than the advertised 22 m2. It was actually 25 m2. However, it does NOT have 1 queen and 1 single bed because it can only sleep 2 people, not 3. It has 2 super single beds. The room had a kettle, but no coffee or tea as advertised. This is the first hotel that I have seen that does not provide standard toilet paper. Instead, they give you a box of facial tissue. Kind of odd, but it did the job. This place is not easy to...
