"There was nothing not to like.The room was cleaned very well every day.The room was new and the mattress supportive and comfortable.Everything was new.It had a small counter stove, fridge,utensils,plates,drinking glasses, shower was roomy and excellent,,many hangers in a large closet with drawers, perfect lighting, large mirrors, new and excellent heating and air conditioning.Excellent floor that you could comfortably walk barefoot, etc...The locations great too-very close to the metro and bus stops and walking distance to everything.Great elevator too and someone at the front desk 24/hrs.Staff was very willing to help with everything.I can't wait to go back to Athens and when I do I will stay there again."

They accommodated our early arrival, got us extra bedding, arranged our taxi to airport and even pointed us in the right direction for the little things we wanted to see/do. "The room was clean, however the first weekend we stayed before going to Santorini we didn’t have air conditioning which sucked. But when we came back the air conditioning was working and the second stay was much more enjoyable. The staff was super welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was very good with lots of different things to choose from. "

"Best location to explore the historical sites , flea markets and restaurants. A stones throw away from Monasteraki Square. We booked a room with balcony but Staff upgraded us to a room with loft but without balcony. Room was nice but kinda weird layout because main floor was small with a toilet and bath and the loft has the king size bed with another toilet and bath. Feels smaller than the photographs. But all in all, I would recommend it."

"Excellent stay. They took the 5-star experience, kept the attention to detail and comfort-first approach, but removed the stuffy pretention and gaudy gilded vaneer and replaced them with a very self-aware hipster kitsch. The staff was incredible, always a step ahead. Anything I asked for, they had an even better solution for me. It seemed like the number one rule was to let *them* worry about your problems so that you don't have to, and it absolutely works. The restaurant and bar have an excellent view of the Acropolis (and a lot of the rest the city). The breakfast buffet is excellent, whether you're just trying to grab some quick eggs and toast to go beat the crowds or make a whole ritual of it with cured meats, fresh feta, honey straight off of the comb, all sorts of Greek cheese pies, spinach pies, roasted vegetables, cold salads, spreads, etc. If you aren't into taxis or public transport, no worries! The hotel is ~20 minutes from the Agora beneath the Acropolis, and minutes away from dozens of restaurants, bars, and shops (or no minutes, if you just want a cocktail up on the top floor). Very friendly, very attentive staff, great room, excellent breakfasts, and a lot I never even got around to taking advantage of, like the spa or pools. And there's always some banger playing over the speakers, whether it's the in the lobby, the elevators, or the restaurant. Would definitely stay again!"
