Very friendly, knowledgeable front office staff (esp Yohta?). Excellent rooms, spacious, with separate baths for each bedroom (we booked a junior suite). The view from terrace was nice. The restaurant on site had great food and breakfast was the best. Very convenient to walk to all attractions.

Thank you for hosting us! We had the great pleasure to visit Athens. One of the things that made our trip special was "The Pinnacle" hotel. Everything is designed with detail (colors of the room, curtains, accessories and furniture). I loved the bedside tables!!! Compliments to the designer. The hotel is allocated to the heart of Athens! Everything is literally within walking distance. Shops, cafeterias, tavernas, museums, Acropoli, Monastiraki, Psiri, Syntagma are 5-15 min away on foot. You can easily go out and return to your room to rest a little bit and go out again!! My husband booked the hotel for us to celebrate a special occasion. All the staff were amazing and really helpful. Anything we needed during our stay there was always someone to guide us and willing to give us extra tips!! One of the things that is really important when you are booking a hotel room is the cleanliness! The hotel has a clever way to check if anyone needs extra amenities, towels or cleaning. You can leave a note by checking the needs you have and the room service takes care of it. I need to express my gratitude to all of the staff that made our trip memorable. "The Pinnacle" hotel is going to be our first choice for our future trips to Athens. Highly recommended!

The hotel is perfectly placed for exploring Athens. Take the metro from the airport to Monastiraki metro station ~45 mins. Every member of reception team were very friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful dinner on the first night at the hotel Restaurant served by the lovely Dorothy. We had room 202, it was beautifully presented and had a bonus of a mini kitchen . Windows are not fully soundproofed so if you are a light sleeper I’d recommend bringing a set of ear plugs (church bells).

This hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of Athens near the Plaka. Tremendous value for the rate and the staff were amazing. Tons of shopping and small restaurants right outside the door.

Great hotel, it was clean and welcoming with a nice ambience. Perfect location, within walking distance to everything from restaurants, shopping, attractions and transportation. The staff was the best we have encountered, from the lady converting the couch to a bed to the dining staff. But especially the concierge team. They were outstanding. Attentive and friendly in every aspect, communicating before we arrived, arranging transportation and tours, giving us advice on the area and just being great. Yiota, George, Vasileo and Panos were the absolute best, and made our stay enjoyable. We will be back. Highly recommend this hotel.

This property is close to great food, the flea market and the acropolis. The rooftop bar views are gorgeous! The staff are the greatest asset to this property because they are the nicest and most accommodating people. O highly recommend the Pinnacle!

What makes the Pinnacle is the staff! The staff is friendly, kind and goes out of their way to assist you. The hotel is clean and centrally located. The hotel room is smaller then expected but beautifully decorated. The roof top is a must at nights. It is a just a relaxing space to end your day with a glass of wine.
