"When I booked it with Expedia, it said restaurant on site and pool with hot tub and pool. The restaurant was non existent. There were advertisements in the elevators for it. When my husband went to use the hot tub for his back, which is why I booked this hotel, it is all torn apart. The pool area is a MESS!!!!! If you are going to stay here this summer, I would NIOT!"

"This is an inn mostly intended for hikers / adventurers that come to Keene Valley for outdoor activities. It is warm and welcoming and has a shared kitchen and other spaces in addition to the small, sweet rooms. I would recommend it for people not seeking luxury, but rather a very warm and cozy spot where the outdoor adventure is steps away."

"The ATM could not display any $$. I went to the Sheraton across the street. Same for dinner. Carts at the entrance a mess. Asian driver loud and think he is funny… may be he is! Shuttle needs deep cleaning!!"
