We enjoyed our stay a lot at the Hiramatsu Ginoza thanks to the wonderful and friendly staff! We were welcomed straight away when we arrived and throughout our stay all the staff members were caring and kind. The a la carte breakfast was exceptional and of a very high quality, especially the Western style breakfast. The resort is very clean, quiet and secluded with a beach close by. One point of feedback is that the wifi speed was a bit slow, but otherwise the stay was excellent!

Wonderful hotel with impeccable service. Really quiet and clean pools, good onsen and attentive service. We stayed in the Club Wing, and the lounge facility is great. Only downside is the local beach - perfectly clean and has many lifeguards, but man made and has no marine life. It’s not far to another beach in Bise that is fantastic for snorkelling though. For us, this was only a small drawback and the whole family left wanting to stay again.

Old style luxury with first class service. We were lucky to benefit from Expedia’s VIP privileges so had club lounge access and resort credit. Booked connecting rooms as family of 4 with 2 teenagers - the extra space and 2 bathrooms were great. Made use of outdoor swimming pool which was compact and single depth. 3 different breakfast options were offered including a semi-buffet Western cuisine, Japanese cuisine, and a continental option at the club lounge. There was also a lovely lobby lounge...

Friendly and courteous staff, housekeeping very forthcoming and service-oriented. Room absolutely clean, amenities have been replenished every day. Beach with wonderful water close to the Hotel ; Beach itself clean and in good condition. Hotel facility well maintained with beautiful flowers and palm trees.

Everything was just perfect, thank you to all the staff for making our stay comfortable. Perfect for families. Cleans big rooms.

The hotel had everything needed on site. The pool is not open in November. The room was large for Japan and it had everything we needed. We also used the parking by giving the licence to the front desk.

Sea view is amazing, staff are very helpful. We had a nice stay with our little baby here.

Great for kids -lots of activities to keep them busy throughout.

The beach is in front of the hotel, and the hotel has the marine activity counter, which we found it was so convenient. Also the hotel was running a small summer fair on the ground floor, and my 7 years old enjoyed it. We would like to come back to this hotel again.

Outstanding 5 star hotel that lived up to its rating. Everything worked just as it should do. Very well managed at all levels of staff.

The property was very clean the staff incredibly helpful and the food great, great value for money amazing location definitely recommend, would visit again.

Great stay

Good location, very nice sea view room with balcony. We were very pleased with the size of the room, the staff are friendly. Loads of different types of food for breakfast. The hotel is not new but very clean and tidy. Free parking and good speed WIFI. Completely satisfied. Highly recommended. Definitely will come back again for the next trip in Okinawa.
