"We really liked this location in the “sumo” neighbourhood. Close to train stations and easy access to tourist attractions. Lots of restaurants close by. The customer service could improve, we stayed for 6 nights and our room was serviced once. Also, only way you’re getting an early check-in or late checkout is by paying ¥2000 per hour. So check-in and checkout time are really busy.. The hotel is nice. There is a common area on the second floor as well as a Lawson’s. Opt for a twin corner room if you can, the rooms we clean, comfortable, and modern, we would stay here again."

"This hotel was lovely. Staff was pleasant and helpful. The breakfast buffet was also 10/10. It’s in a quieter area which was nice. There’s a 24 hour convenience store across the street and it’s walking distance to three train lines. "

"Location amazing short walk to the train station where you can travel to anywhere. Hotel was spotless and the room was very spacious. Staff were all outstanding from the sky view bar to the breakfast buffet and the concierge absolutely everyone was amazing. To sum it up definitely coming back to this hotel without doubt. First time visitor to Japan and this hotel made the whole experience so good warm and welcoming. The Glass buffet chefs in the morning my favourites so happy and always a good morning wave brilliant. "Beautiful property. Kind and welcoming staff. Comfortable and spacious room. Great bed. Wonderful view of bay, and either Rainbow Bridge or Tokyo International Cruise Terminal and ships. Super convenient for transport into other areas of Tokyo, to HND or NRT. Perfect one night stopover after cruise for us."

"The room we had was in great condition upon check-in. Very convenient. We had a 24hr layover and we wanted to explore Tokyo for a few hours and take a quick nap since we arrived at 5am. Would stay at this hotel again for sure."

"The room was clean and decent sized. The staff was very friendly and helpful to two non Japanese speakers. The area is quiet and more of a business district, but it’s a very short walk to Shinjuku station and the surrounding fun areas. We were very happy with our stay. "
