"Jennifer helped our family so much and I appreciate her kindness, compassion, and helpfulness. I had an issue an at different hotel and called her at 6am desperately needing a place to rest after the rough night at the previous hotel. She listened to my whole story and got me in a room in a flash. I am so grateful that you have such an outstanding caring employee. Jaynelle and Lashonda were also at the desk when I arrived. They also listened to my issues and were compassionate. Everyone I interacted with at the front desk were friendly and caring.
