We enjoyed our time this past week, however we were missing things that should have been in the room, such as, coffee pods, Kleenex, hair dryer, and alarm clock. The key cards they gave us would not open the pool gate so I had to go back in every time to get help. The rooms were very clean and spacious

First of all no coffee and hot water in the lobby (like other hotels) for the guests. Also my credit card was charged $11.74 without my knowledge, I called the hotel and the answer was, destination fee, accommodation fee etc. but these fees were not written when I booked the hotel through experdia and checking in.
