"Clean room, spacious for Japanese standards. Closest Shinagawa train station, which is very accessible for tourist, especially if you have large luggages. They also have Yamato on the second floor if you want to transfer your luggage from one prefecture to another."

It was clean and comfortable and so relaxing knowing you just pop downstairs and book in for your flight. The airport amenities are the best we have seen."

With the hotel eating & drinking options are minimal for the size so have to go to the Shopping mall which is not huge but is being renovated. Everything opens late except for a few shops which can be frustrating. Laundry only accepted certain cards not bank debit or credit cards so had to get cash which wasn’t expected. Monorail & train service close & easy to navigate. "
