"We had a lovely two night stay here. The staff was wonderful and very accommodating. We planned to take a train to Ragusa and they took us to the train. Unfortunately the train wasn’t running(beware trains in Silicy!). Salvo came back and got us and then they got us a car service with fifteen minutes. Incredible! Yeah to Salvo and the entire staff."

"We liked the hotel and choose it for it's size of the rooms which are hard t find in the area. Proximity from here to Modica/Ragusa was also great and why we picked it. Breakfast was nice since there arent many options very close but there was a charge. "What a special place this is. A step back in time, with modern conveniences! Villa Guilia is absolutely gorgeous! I am so sorry we only stayed here one night. The bed was VERY comfortable and there were extra pillows. Great shower...and a MODERN hairdryer (hard to find in Sicilian hotels). We ate at the restaurant and it was one of the best meals we had on our 2-week trip. The owner could not be nicer! We will definitely return and stay longer."

"Exceptional property! Stunning facility and top-notch service without feeling awkwardly "over-serviced". The location is remote so it's best to have a car if you're planning on exploring. We really enjoyed the Poolside restaurant for dinner and ate there 3 times during our stay. The food was amazing and the entire dining service crew really made the experience absolutely delightful. They were professional, personable, and fun. Kept us coming back for more. It's hard to describe how beautiful the pool and property is. Sometimes you see beautiful photos on the website and are then disappointed but here, the reality was actually even better than the pictures! "
