Her breakfast included dozens of options for food and she even took orders from a menu, which she then immediately cooks, such as different kinds of crepes. They were wonderful. She is also a very caring person and seems to love what she does for her guests.The location is also just off the main shopping and tourist area. "The check in process was simple and friendly.Valentina was very cordial and spoke both Italian and English very well.The hotel was a boutique hotel and was filled with old world charm. Valentina booked us a Godfather tour which was amazing. The bar was in the lobby and was well stocked and close to the outside garden so we could sit and unwind after a day of siteseeing . Our room had a stocked mimibar with reasonable prices. Antonio also booked us a taxi to take to our next destination which took pressure off us trying to find a ride. Overall the staff,amenities and embiance were top notch. Ted"

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent and very convenient for exploring the area. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with very comfortable beds that ensured a great night's sleep. The breakfast was outstanding, offering a wide variety of delicious options to choose from(Sicilian specialities) .The coffee was especially excellent. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel."

"We needed a hotel close to the CTA airport and Palazzo Sangiorgio is exactly that, about 15 minutes away. It's not in a glamorous location and the hotel is not at a luxury level, but it's clean, well managed, peaceful and quiet. Everything in our room worked perfectly and we were easily able to park to unload our luggage, drive to the airport to drop of our bags and return so we would not need to stress returning the car before an early morning flight. The hotel is an easy walk to the main Piazza, shopping and dozens of restaurants. Catania is not a particularly beautiful city, but worth a stroll and surprisingly busy with tourists. The hotel thoughtfully had a bag packed with breakfast food when we checked out at 6 a.m. as the breakfast room did not open until 7."

"Perfect if you have an early am flight or layover and need to be close to airport. Room very clean and comfy bed/pillows. Restaurant food good. Even a resident Kitty! And free shuttle to airport at 5am in 10 minutes priceless. Pool nice but off parking lot. Not much to do and not much ambiance but adequate and good value."
