"Palace Catania is an excellent place to stay. Our check-in experience was outstanding, largely due to the front desk attendant named Annalaura. Her professionalism, courteousness, and cheerfulness made the entire process pleasant and expedient. Fluent in English, she was more than happy to assist us in any way possible to make our stay a pleasant one. Additionally, the remaining staff, particularly in the breakfast service area, were also warm, friendly, and attentive - and the pastries were delicious too! Finally, the room was spacious and comfortable with a beautiful balcony view."

The location is perfect very close to city center and easy access to all major attractions and transit. "Good hotel for an overnight before an early flight. Staff were helpful-let us check in early, provided bag breakfast as we left very early, and provided wine and food in the bar in the afternoon for us. Room was adequate-we had an accessible room (not requested) that had a shower that was tricky to keep from overflowing onto the floor. Appreciated bedside lights and tables on both sides of the bed. Location across from beach seems ideal but have to find a way in through rubble and gated areas-seems the whole area is rundown "
