Perfect for Catania

Our host was Amazing! She took care of everything! Breakfast everyday with special treats and a smile! Could not have been a nicer spot to stay! Definitely would book again! Great AC too! Just a wonderful spot

We stayed at B&B Oriental Palace for one night. It was only a 10 minute walk to the historic center of Catania which was very convenient for our short stay. Our room was clean, and we were able to check in early which we greatly appreciated. We weren't able to have the breakfast as we had to leave early for a flight but there was coffee/tea and small bites available throughout the day. The B&B is tucked away deep inside an older historic building, and you needed 5 keys to get through the building, up the elevator and to the B&B! It was definitely a unique experience finding and accessing it, but it didn't impact our stay in any way. Very reasonably priced with a friendly manager, so would recommend B&B Oriental Palace to others looking for a smaller bed and breakfast experience versus a hotel.

No one was there. It looked closed including old stuffed mail in downstairs area. We asked someone if there was a hotel in the building and they said they didn’t think so. We had to find a last minute available hotel.

We had a wonderful stay here. The owner was such a sweet person. We were offered a free breakfast. The room was updated and comfortable. We stayed one night. It’s very close to the bus and train station. We walked with our luggage and felt very safe. The room had a view off the balcony. We would definitely stay here again if using the Catania airport.

Vores ophold på B&B Oriental Palace oversteg alle forventninger. Lucilla, vores vært, sørgede for at vi fik en fantastisk oplevelse. Hun er så venlig og hjælpsom, og sørger for at værelset er skinnende rent. Alle faciliteter er i orden og indretningen er meget stilfuld. Vi nød også at der var en altan med udsigt til Etna til den ene side og havet til den anden. Placeringen er meget central med gåafstand til den gamle bydel og til offentlig transport.

Ystävällinen majapaikan emäntä. Itse rakennus hieman jo ränsistynyt ja sisäänkäynti jännähkö, mutta itse majoitus olikin ihana yllätys sisältä. Kaikki oli tosi hyvin huoneessa ja erittäin siistiä ja modernia. Sijainti hyvä juna-asemaan nähden ja ihan ok matkan päästä ravintoloista yms.

Centralt beliggende b&b

Dejligt b&b i hjertet af Catania.B&B ligger i en klassisk bygning på 3.sal (elevator) tæt på stationen og 10 min gang fra centrum. Stort værelse med balkon med udsigt til Etna. Værtinden meget flink og hjælpsom. Kaffe/te og kager til rådighed døgnet rundt .perfekt til et par dage i Catania.

Pour ce B&B il ne faut surtout pas s’arrêter à la porte d’entrée et à la cour intérieure mais dès que vous entrez dans l’appartement comprenant 3 chambres vous sentez à l’aise lumière ´odeur calme , la chambre est très spacieuse très propre, la salle de bain est très fonctionnelle avec une grande douche,mais le grand plus c’est la rencontre avec Lucilla charmante souriante et surtout avec de. bonnes adresses de restaurants.

B&B finemente ristrutturato, la mano dell'architetto si vede. Confortevole, pulito, superaccessoriato. Colazione fantastica con tanta scelta e prodotti freschi regionali. Wonderful!

They were super helpful when I accidentally booked the wrong dates on a nonrefundable booking. The room was great and the bathroom had a cool rainfall shower with changing color lights. The breakfast they provided had everything you’d want. Overall you can’t beat the price for the quality and location.

They were so friendly and accommodating! Our train arrived early before check-in, but they held our bags and allowed us to check-in early. They provided us with water and a cappuccino, as we were exhausted from the long train ride. They also helped set-up transportation for us to the airport. Wonderful stay!

Perfect stay in Catania

Really perfect place for our stay, and it definitely exceeded expectations - room was really spacious, clean etc and the b&b itself had more of a feel of a small boutique hotel than a b&b which was really nice and amazing value for money. Also in a great location - really close to the train station and a very short straight walk to the main square. Would definitely definitely recommend and the hosts were so lovely too! (Also breakfast was the best I’ve had from a b&b!)

Fantastic bright cheery BnB

Brand new BnB a few blocks from train and a short distance to the west for many good restaurants. Breakfast includes buffet items and cooked eggs. Rooms are roomy so you can easily open 1 or 2 suitcases on the floor. Hosts were great about helping both me and the other guests with recommendations about attractions and eating places. Will definitely return. The pictures on the web site are the real thing-not photoshoped.
